Keep athletes moving and lanes running with the 360 Degree Weight Sled. Built for strength and conditioning facilities, team training, and functional fitness floors, the swivel design moves with the athlete, so they can push forward, drag backward, and shuffle laterally without stopping to unclip or reset the leash. Less transition time between reps means coaches can move more athletes through a station, and resistance stays consistent in every direction.

One sled covers a full range of programming: forward drags for hamstring and glute strength, backward drags for quads and calves, lateral drags for agility and change of direction, and sled sprints for acceleration and explosive speed. The 16 ft leash includes two loop handles and clips to a weight belt or harness for hands-free pulling.

Rugged steel construction with a powder-coated finish stands up to repeated use, and the UHMW skid plate is replaceable, so a worn plate can be swapped instead of replacing the sled. The skid plate also keeps pulls smoother and quieter across turf, rubber flooring, concrete, asphalt, grass, and gravel, making it a fit for indoor turf lanes and outdoor fields alike.

The sled loads standard Olympic plates on a 49.5mm sleeve, with up to 500 LB of steel plates or 180 LB of bumper plates. A magnetic, detachable plate horn lets staff or athletes lift the horn to unload instead of pulling plates off one at a time, which speeds up changeovers between groups. A low profile makes it easy to store along a wall or under a turf run.
